Alpha/Dictionary Challenge - O and Z

I am playing catch up on The Craft Barn's Alpha/Dictionary Challenge due to the fact that our 5 month old grandson has been living with us for the last month and I have zero opportunity to craft!  Luckily my daughter came to the rescue this morning and I managed to make my pages for Z plus a pearl and today's new letter, O.  I still have H to make but will get to that eventually!

I chose Owl for my O word, yes it's an easy one but I didn't have much time to think about anything more complicated so out came my Crafty Individuals owl stamp for another airing!

For Z I was initially going to go for Zebra but have mislaid my zebra stamp so in the end went for Zoological so I could use a variety of animal stamps that I have had for years!

These are both wonderful examples. I adore the zoological entry, but the OWL took my breath away. I plan to use the same word, but I assure you, mine will NEVER look as good as yours.

I've certainly missed you and now I know why. I'm so glad you are not ill, but have real life keeping you from creating art.

So good to see you had a chance to catch up. The Zoo page is wonderful as is the owl. It is tough when you don't have much time and I think you have made some stunning pieces of art here. Love them.

Both great entries, but I do love your owl collage with so many different elements.

Fabulous entries - love your owl with the oak leaf and a great mix of animals for zoological. Hope you find a little more you-time soon!

Both great entries. I love the woodland stamping around the owl and choosing zoological was an inspired way to use all those lovely animal stamps xx

Well done on catching up! Both pages are perfect illustrations of the chosen words. It must be nice to enjoy these precious first months with your grandson when babies change so much, not matter how time consuming!

The great thing about this challenge is digging out those stamps that haven't been used for a very long time or in my case never! Well done catching up with two super collages.
