I stamped my favourite snowman stamp, Skating Snowy and watercoloured and glitter glued him, then matted him onto some lilac paper and some Cuttblebug embossed snowflake card, and added a message and some QK snowflakes to finish.

Stamping on Candles

A couple more stamped candles using House Mouse stamps - I have to say the fiddliest bit was putting the ribbons on after!!

Funky Fairy Challenge # 43

The new challenge is a sketch to follow, or use pink and blue, or combine the two on Funky Fairys new forum here! I made a LO using FF Blue Christmas and Funky Meets Shabby Chic papers and a photo of Louise sleeping on her first Christmas Day when we were waiting to open her pressies!

Gruffy In The Snow

I don't usually do this, but I have made a card for 2 challenges as time is short!! House Mouse & Friends have the theme I'ts Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas, and Papertake Weekly have Let it Snow. I used my Gruffy stamp of the bear in the snow on his sled and got a bit carried away with my snowflakes round the edges!

Pets Moo

The current challenge on Make a Moo or Two is Pets - I hadn't made one for a while so felt like having a go! I used a free download image from Art-e-Zine, K & Co papers, Distress Inks and embellishments.

Candles

Here are my first attempts at stamping on candles! Well stamping on tissue paper and putting it on the candle with greaseproof paper wrapped round it and heating with the heat gun to be precise! I need to perfect the heating bit as I had a little bit of melt here and there but it is fun to do!

A Teddy Card

I made this card using one of Linda Luckin's fab Teddy Bear stamps (click on the Sunflower link on the right), and Shabby 2 and Cherish 2 papers from Funky Fairys fab downloads. I inked the edges and added a Petaloo and some gems to finish it.

Recycling!

Here are a couple of odd LO's!! I take part in a small challenge on a forum where we scrap about Those Little Things We Overlook - and this theme was Recycling! So here are some pics of our bins and rubbish lol!!!

More of the Same!

I liked the card I made the other day with the sentiment only and no image, so I made a few more in different colour ways as they are quite quick to do and I do need a lot of cards! The sentiment is a Penny Black stamp.

Tilda in the Snow!

I thought I had best get my Christmas Tildas out and make use of them! I stamped and watercoloured her - and gave her a smile I am afraid! - and cut her out and popped her onto some snowy embossed card and a pink snowy background together with a circle message from Funky Fairy's Xmas Rounds set, and some punched glittery pink snowflakes.

A - Z Journal - T

The end is in sight now!!! I have just done T - not far to go!

Snowmen

It was my turn to set the challenge on My Time To Craft, and I chose Snowmen!
I stamped my Snuggled Up Snowman stamp by Lindsay Mason twice, watercoloured them in and cut them out. I embossed some white card with a Cuttlebug Embossing folder for the snow and used some star paper for the sky, and mounted by snowmen to the card with 3d foam pads. Finally I stamped a message and matted the whole thing on some blue foiled paper and added glitter glue for that sparkly look!

I stamped, water coloured and cut out the snowman and used my Cuttlebug Embossing Folder to make the snow. Finally I added some punched snowflakes and pink Stickles.

Daisy

I need several birthday cards this month. I made this one by covering my card with some HOTP paper, stamping Linda Luckin's daisy stamp and watercolouring it in and matting it to the card with a message. Finally I Stickled the centre of the daisy and edged the card with a chalk ink.

Cute Companions

I bought a set of Cute Companions Christmas mice stamps because I love mice, and then I bought the CD to go with it! So I printed off the background and stamped a couple of the mice and water coloured them in before cutting them out and adding them to the background and finishing off with plenty of glitter glue!
