Fifi's Birthday Card

It is my friend fifi's birthday today and I know she has opened this card so I can blog it now! She has recently acquired 2 kittens so thought this would be an appropriate card for her!

L for Leaves and Ladybird

I can't believe we are nearly half way through the alphabet! We are at L this week on Linda's Alphabet Challenge Blog and I made my nature themed atc on Leaves and Ladybird.

Blooming Gorgeous

The theme on Penny Black Saturday is Blooming Gorgeous. I used my PB stamp watercoloured in and DCWV paper together with punched flowers and Adirondack Acrylics to finish. The photo may be slightly out of focus - or it might be my eyes! I can't tell these days!

Thank You

The new challenge on Funky Fairys Challenge Blog is to make Thank You cards, gifts etc. I used Hope and Dots are Distressing papers on my card, together with a Hero Arts flower image. Pop over to the challenge blog for a chance of winning a FF download paper kit!

MTTC Sketch Challenge

Becky has given us another great sketch on My Time To Craft and here is my card using DCWV paper and a foam flower stamp from QVC, and punched flowers with Liquid Pearls to finish.

Penny Black Sketch Challenge

I haven't done any challenges for a while but needed some cards to replenish my stocks, so decided to do the Penny Black sketch challenge, using my Penny Black Warbler stamp, some pp's and Card Candy.

K is for Kestrel and Knot

We are at K now on Linda's Alphabet Challenge Blog - again I used birds for my nature themed atc as I couldn't think of anything else naturey! Knot are a type of bird and I have seen them in my old birdwatching days!!

Father's Day

The challenge on My Time To Craft this week is Father's Day. My Dad likes gardening so I hope he likes this Penny Black hedgie card!

J is for Jay and Jackdaw

It is the letter J this week on Linda's Alphabet Challenge Blog, and I am continuing my nature themed atcs with a Jay and a Jackdaw!

Flower Moo and Skinny

I used my QVC foam flower stamps for this skinny and moo, stamped with Heritage Pond Green ink pad and water coloured in with Glossy Accents added. I chalk inked the backgrounds. The swirl stamp on the skinny is a Linda Luckin stamp (click on Sunflower link on right side bar for details).

Baby

The challenge on this week's Funky Fairys Challenge Blog is Baby. I used another photo of Louise when she was 5 weeks old, with FF Gorjuss Ginghams paper and flowers from Pinkie Pops kit. Have a go at the challenge this week for a chance of winning a FF download paper kit.

I is for Ivy

We are up to I on Linda's Alphabet Challenge Blog. I have used an ivy background stamp by Inkadinkadoo, some ivy images I printed and cut out and some Prima Ivy leaves for my nature themed atc.

Love and Marriage

The theme on My Time To Craft this week is Love and Marriage, and as I am always trying to catch up with some scrapping I made a LO of my sister-in-law's wedding in 1987! I used K & Co. Hopscotch papers which went perfectly with the colours in the photo.

Kids Kards!

The theme on My Time To Craft this week is Kids Kards - so I used my Cuddly Buddly stamp to make this card for a boy - I have several great-nephews so it will come in handy for one of them!

We are at G now on Linda's Alphabet Challenge Blog. This week, my nature atc features green grass, a goose and a Great Spotted Woodpecker!

Butterfly Candle

I needed to make a little gift for a friend, and knowing she loves butterflies I thought I would do one of my stamped candles for her. The stamp is from Stampendous and I added a little glitter once it was on the candle. I was a bit worried about it surviving the post so hopefully it is unscathed!

Sketch and Stash

I needed something fairly easy to make today and the sketch on the current Sketch and Stash challenge was ideal! I used my new Penny Black stamp, Garden Visit, and watercoloured it in with my Marvy Le Plumes. I used a scrap of Brenda Pinnick paper for the background, and inked round edges.

We are up to F on Linda's Alphabet Challenge Blog so here is my next ATC in my Nature themed set. I am leaving spaces on the right or left hand sides as I will be binding them into a book at the end with my Bind It All, so that is why they seem a bit sparse at the sides!
