Q & L Challenge - Age

Our two new words on The Craft Barn's Quotes & Lyrics challenge this time are Marriage/and or Age.  I opted for Age for my altered beer mat and used a quote by Austrian novelist Marie von Ebner-Eschenbach.  It seemed to go well with this Crafty Individuals stamp in my collection!

Gruffies & Guests Challenge #2 - Love Is In The Air

The current challenge on Gruffies & Guests is Love Is In The Air.  This is my DT work for this challenge.  I'm not making cards as I have them coming out of my ears at the moment, so have decided to make a little book so this is the first page for it!  I used an image from one of Joanna Sheen's CD's and then realised that I also have this as a stamp!

Our next two words on The Craft Barn's Quotes & Lyrics Challenge are Strong and/or Miss.  I decided to use Strong on my altered beer mat, and this is a quote by Winston Churchill.

I must start making a book for these beer mats and extra quotes and trying to keep it up to date or it will all get away from me before much longer!

P.S.  I hadn't noticed that one of the DT had used this quote!  I didn't copy!
