Ready-Steady-STAMP Challenge 23
For this RSS challenge we were asked to use Turquoise, Lime Green and Purple, a house, rectangles, acetate and handwriting. I used DCWV paper to cover my fat book page and cut the house from some too. The roof is Papermania bp. I used acetate behind the windows and added flower images by HOTP. I stamped round the edges and wrote the words by hand.
Zig Zags
The new challenge for this week on My Time To Craft is Zig Zags - to use anything zig zag shaped on our work. For my DT card I used some Daisy and Dandelion bp, and stamped a zig zag stitch stamp all round the edges. I used a Penny Black image, coloured in with Copics, and the sentiment is also PB. I used pinking shears to cut the mat for the image and finished with some adhesive gems.
I am also entering this card for the Papertake Weekly Challenge which is In Stitches.

U is for Unhappy!
We are up to U in the InchybyInch challenge for the alphabet inchies, and the obvious one for this was umbrella but I don't have a stamp of one small enough, so I looked through my stamps for inspiration and thought that this little girl on a Crafty Individuals stamp looked unhappy so went for that! As usual the edges are coloured with Distress Ink, Crushed Olive this week.
As requested last week, here also is a pic of all the inchies so far!

Flower Power
The new theme on Magical Crafts Fortnightly Challenge is Flower Power. This fortnight the challenge is sponsored by Simon Says Stamp and you can win $10 to spend in the store, so pop over to the blog to join in!
For my DT card I used a poppy foam stamp from QVC and watercoloured it in with Marvy Le Plumes and added black Stickles to the centres. I embellished with punched flowers and leaves and Primas and little jewels. Sorry it is so big but if I make it smaller it is blurred for some reason!

I is for Icy Colours
We are up to I this week on the Alphabet Challenge Blog (third time round!) and this week I have chosen Icy Colours as the theme. I decided to make a Christmas card for my DT work, one more to add to the growing pile! I used cool greens and blues and my cute polar bear stamp that I have had for ages and comes out every year! I embossed some white card with my Cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder and punched some snowflakes with my MS punch. The sentiment is HOTP and I cut the mats for it with Nesties.

For my DT card I used some DCWV bps and a Penny Black slapstick snowman image, coloured in with Copics and Promarkers. The greeting is also by Penny Black, which very nicely covers over a smudge of ink!!! I used my Martha Stewart snowflake punch that appears on a lot of my Christmas cards!!

Moments in Bloom
Here is another little 4" x 4" card, I love this size, using a stamp from the May Unity kit - Moments in Bloom, available from Emily at Make The Day Special.
I stamped the fern image using green Memento ink, and used Antique Linen DI for the background and edges of the card. The paper is by My Mind's Eye and I love these, must get some more! The little greeting is by Kanban and seemed perfect for the style of image.

It is time for the next challenge on Magical Crafts Fortnightly Challenge blog, and this time the theme is Something for a Male/Father's Day. This challenge is sponsored by Stitchy Bear Stamps and a prize of some digital stamps and papers for the lucky winner!

Blog Party Throughout June!!
To celebrate it's 6 month anniversary, Which Crafts? is having a blog party throughout June, with competitions, challenges and swaps.
The current challenge is All One Colour Challenge - to create something all in one colour with different shades of that colour. I made a three fold card for my DT example, using blue pps and stamping various stamps in blue.
So pop on over to the blog and join in the fun and be in with a chance of winning some prizes!!
Very Green!
This card, which is very green! is made using stamps from the Celebrate Today set by My Cute Stamp, available from Emily at Make The Day Special. I wanted to use my white Stazon, so stamped some of the flourishy stamp over the green background, and stamped 3 of the seed head stamp and coloured them in with Copics.

Celebrate Today
My card today is another mini card (4" x 4") - I do love this size! I used stamps from the fab Celebrate Today set of stamps, by My Cute Stamp, available from Emily at Make The Day Special.
I inked the background with Bundled Sage DI and stamped one of the swirly images all over, then I stamped one of the flowers onto pink pp several times and cut them out, doing the same with the sentiment. I doodled round the words and the edges of the mat to match the style of the flowers and added adhesive gems in the flower centres and corner.

Q for Queen
We are up to Q on the InchybyInch alphabet challenge, and I had just the right stamp for this one - a Queen's Dresser Drawers image with this little girl on! I coloured her with Copics and used Broken China DI for the background.
Wild Thing
The challenge on My Time To Craft this week is Wild Thing - anything that lives or grows in the wild. I made a CAS card (clean and simple!) for my DT work this week. I used a black card, and the paper is actually the inside of an envelope! I stamped my lion image and just doodled round the edge and added some black jewels and finally I used a Kanban greeting diecut.
