Crowns
The monthly theme on Something Completely Different has been to make Trinchies (3" x 3") and the weekly theme this week is Crowns. I used my Tim Holtz stamp for this, and Crushed Olive Distress Ink for the background.

New Baby
The new challenge on My Time To Craft this week is New Baby. I made my DT card using a Cotton Rabbits Sugar Nellie stamp that I haven't used for ages and was considering putting on eBay! I coloured her in with Copics, and matted her onto patterned paper I have also had for ages! The little hearts are by K & Co and were a birthday pressie the other day, so came in handy very quickly! The lace edge is punched with a Martha Stewart punch.
RSS Challenge 17
Challenge 17 on Ready-Steady-STAMP was to use corrugated card, cream, rose, green and brown, 3D, leaves and numbers! I used a Crafty Individuals stamp on my fat book page and Victorian Velvet and Crushed Olive (I think that's it's name!) Distress Inks. I stamped twice and cut out the words on the image and also cut out the leaves and 3D'd them with silicone gel. I waited ages for my Glossy Accents to dry but for some reason part of it has remained cloudy!

V is for Vase!
We are up to the letter V now in Linda's Alphabet Challenge Blog, and this week it is V for Vase. I have used a Hero Arts stamp, one of my favourites and used a lot for birthday cards! I coloured the flowers with Copics, and inked the background with Bundled Sage Distress Ink, adding some little Crafty Individuals stamped flourishes.

Make it Manly
The new challenge on My Time To Craft is Make it Manly. I don't need to make many men's cards and they never seem easy! I stamped the background and image of my DT card with Versafine (I can't remember the make of these clear stamps, and all my craft stuff is now upstairs and I am downstairs so can't check!) and the background is done with Distress Inks and stamping. The embellishments are metallic nailheads, and I edged the card with Copper Krylon.

K is for Key
This week it is K on InchybyInchy's alphabet. I have used Bundled Sage Distress Ink for the background, and a key stamp that was actually too long for my inchie so I stamped it twice and cut out the middle bit! Hopefully you can't see the join!

Musical Instruments
The theme on this week's Something Completely Different is Musical Instruments on our Thrinchies (the March theme). I used a stamp I have had for ages and never used, and don't know who it is by either! I coloured the image and the background with Distress Inks. I actually stamped it onto some K & Co paper but by the time I had finished inking it you can't see any of the design now!

Victorian Christmas
The theme on Winter Wonderland this week is a Victorian Christmas. I am not sure if this image is actually Victorian, but I hope it will do! I coloured her in with Copics and watercoloured the background, and matted her onto HOTP paper, and punched the snowflakes with my lovely Martha Stewart snowflake punch that I use loads!
I am also entering this card for the fortnightly Christmas card challenge on Magical Crafts Forum, which this time is Red and Gold.

Lovely Lace
The theme on My Time To Craft this week is Lovely Lace. I used some sticky lace on my card, and some My Minds Eye backing paper, together with a Crafty Individuals bird stamp. I cut the mats on my Cricut and the little butterflies are punched with a Martha Stewart punch. The sentiment is also by Crafty Individuals. The inking of the lace and cardstock is done with Antique Linen Distress Ink.
I am also entering this for the Magical Crafts Fortnightly Challenge, which is Things with Wings.

Teddy Bear
I made this card for my Mum for Mother's Day, using a Teddy Bear template available from Which Crafts? I used K & Co paper to make him and inked the card and background images with chalk inks. I cut the word Mum on my Cricut. I think he looks quite cute and my Mum was very pleased with it!

T is for ....
Tags! We are up to T on Linda's Alphabet Challenge Blog, and for my DT atc I put a tag on (cut with my Cricut) and stamped a Crafty Individual tree image. I used Distress Inks for all the inking, and another CI image stamped lightly on the background of the atc. Finally all edged with Copper Krylon pen. I like to explain every now and then that I bind these books afterwards with my BIA and so the embellishments lean to the right or left to leave space for the holes to be punched!

Ready-Steady-STAMP Challenge 16
For this RSS challenge, we had to use Blue, Green, Black and White, a frame, foam core or thick card, handmade flowers and birds. I used yet again my Crafty Individuals stamps for this fat page. I always make them out of mountboard, and I cut a frame from it to frame the owl. The flowers were punched out and stamped on. The inks are the new Distress Inks, Stormy Sky and Bundled Sage. Hopefully this challenge is going to continue but due to low numbers taking part this may be the last one, which will be a shame as I have taken part in all of them and although they certainly are a challenge sometimes, I have enjoyed them!

Love and Romance
I haven't joined in with the challenges on Something Completely Different for a little while, but noticed their current theme for the month is Thrinchies - and as I love making inchies, twinchies and fat pages (4" x 4") I just had to have a go at these 3" x 3" pieces! The theme for this week is Love and Romance, and I used a Crafty Individual image on my thrinchie together with backing papers and embellishments.
Kids Kardz
The new challenge this week on My Time To Craft is Kids Kardz. I made my DT card using a stamped image (not sure who by!) and paper pieced her dress. The background and her dress are Funky Fairies papers (no longer available).

The second is for the Winners Wednesday challenge on Magical Crafts Forum, which this week is also Flowers.
And the third is for Tuesday Taggers which is Swirls and Curls.
I used Crafty Individuals stamps for my tag, and inked it with my gorgeous new Stormy Sky and Bundled Sage Distress Inks, finishing off with some Primas and Liquid Pearls.

H is for Heart
We are up to H this week on InchybyInchy's alphabet challenge. I am working at a disadvantage this week as a lot of my craft stuff is being moved to a different room and is all packed up so I don't have access to a lot of it! So I made this quick heart using a Fancy Pants stamp and Dried Marigold Distress Ink. It looks a bit simple, but it is in keeping with the rest of my alphabet!
