The new challenge on Ruby's Rainbow Challenges for the next 2 weeks is Shaped Cards.  I had no idea what I was going to do for my DT work as I didn't think I had any shaped cards, then I remembered I had an old Dawn Bibby kit from many many years ago and luckily there were one or two left!

U for Under the Weather

Over at the Alphabet Challenge Blog the new theme for the next two weeks is U for Under the Weather, a Get Well theme.  Very appropriate for the time of year!  I made a little card for my DT work using a Penny Black Stickeroo and kept it quite CAS.

Sparkles Monthly Challenges Ch#38 - Christmas is Coming

A very appropriate theme for the next month on Sparkles Monthly Challenges - Christmas is Coming - and it's coming very quick!  I've made my DT card using scraps of papers on my desk and a cute little snowman image, Personal Impressions I think, with some punched snowflakes to finish.  Our prize this month is a fab £10 voucher from Lili of the Valley - so go on over and enter for a chance to win!

For my DT work I made a Christmas card using an image from an old card that was so lovely I didn't want to throw it away!

The Happy Scrappers Ch#7 - Autumn

The new theme on The Happy Scrappers challenge blog was chosen by me this time, and it is Autumn - either photos or colours.  I made my LO using some photos I took of some of the beautiful trees in the countryside near where I live.  The leaves are cut using my Tim Holtz die.

T for Tags

The new theme on the Alphabet Challenge Blog for the next 2 weeks is Tags - either on it's own or a tag on some work.  I've made a seasonal Autumn tag for my DT work using a lovely pumpkin stamp!

The new theme on Ruby's Rainbow Challenges for the next 2 weeks is to Use a Doily.  For my DT work I made a journal page and used Distress Ink on my doily and Dylusion spray for the background (which is still staining my hand 24 hours later!).

Spooky Twinchie

The new theme on Show Us Your Twinchie Challenge Blog this time is Spooky Stuff, so I have made my little twinchie using a piece of a Tim Holtz sticker image, inky background, stamped and Stickled!  It's come out a little dark, will try and get a better pic if the light picks up!

The new theme for the next 2 weeks on Ruby's Rainbow Challenges is Cute and Cuddly.  I decided to think outside the box and made a LO of my cute granddaughter and her cuddly toy!  It matches the one I blogged a few days ago as I wanted a DLO of  her day out.

A Twinchie at Last!

I used to love making twinchies (2" x 2"), and inchies and fat pages and all sorts but haven't got round to it much lately and when I discovered the Show us Your Twinchies Challenge Blog I thought it would be a good chance to make one again!  Their theme this time is Anything Goes so here is mine and I thoroughly enjoyed making it!

The Happy Scrappers Ch#6 - Pets/Animals

Our 6th challenge already on The Happy Scrappers, and for the next month the theme is Pets/Animals. Although I have many pets, I decided to do my LO using photos of my granddaughter visiting Paradise Wildlife Park and feeding some animals.  I used a DCWV paper stack and embellishments I have had for a while and they matched perfectly!

R for Recycle, Repurpose

The new theme chosen by Roxx on the Alphabet Challenge Blog for the next 2 weeks is R for Recycle, Repurpose.  I have been making a calendar throughout the year, and I have recycled the backing card from packs of cards and envelopes to make my calendar pages, gessoing them before decorating them.

The Cupboard Trilogy Ch#4 - Things With Wings

Goodness we are up to our 4th challenge already now on The Cupboard Trilogy challenge blog, and for this month the theme is Things With Wings.  I decided to make my DT LO using photos I have taken in the garden of butterflies and insects.  I used some pretty K & Co bp which didn't need a great deal adding to it really so just popped a few bits here and there!
