Q & L Challenge - Childhood

Our two words this time on The Craft Barn's Quotes & Lyrics Challenge, are Childhood and/or Easier (I thought it said Easter when I first read it!).  I chose to use Childhood this time for my altered beer mat and it gave me the opportunity to use this lovely stamp for my chosen quote, which is by Andy Goldsworthy.  I've used this stamp many times for Christmas cards.

    Wonderful stamp! The subtle colouring just says winter light, I can feel the cold air! Nice quote too...

    Can see why you use your stamp it is quintisentially English countryside, a beautifully draw image.

    Ah Lesley, I can envision this stamp on Christmas cards, but it goes perfectly here, too. And the size seems just right to include both the image and quote. You will have many lovely beer mats when this year's challenge is finished.
