C for Celebrate St. Patrick's Day OR Good Luck

The new theme for the next 2 weeks on the Alphabet Challenge Blog, is Celebrate St. Patrick's Day or Good Luck.  As I don't have any suitable stash or anyone to send a St. Patrick's Day card to I went for the Good Luck option as I needed a New Home card for friends.
