The new challenge on
The Craft Barn for this year is an
Alpha/Dictionary one. I enjoyed this the last time we did it and I made ATC's last time. This time I have decided to push on with my quest to use up old stash, so am using a 6" x 6" loose leaf book, BP papers, an alphabet and stickers etc for this one, plus of course parts of a dictionary! No beer mats this year! I chose to go with B for Butterflies this time.
I am also entering this for the
Butterfly Challenge - Butterflies plus Inking
B for Beautiful. Glad you are doing this challenge again & I am looking forward to seeing all your pages throughout the year. Thank you for your comments on my blog xx
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty page - I thought about butterfly too, but the bee won!
ReplyDeleteLove the butterfly quote, one to remember. Lovely page.
ReplyDeleteI played along last time too. Was it really 2013!!. I made a dictionary book. Wasn't going to play along this yr but your journal page has inspired me and the letter B is a no brainer for me to use!!
ReplyDeleteI love your page of gorgeous inked butterflies. Thankyou for fluttering by my challenge for butterflies + Inking. hugs Mrs A.
Ooo we chose the same 'B' - what a beautiful page you have created, so delicate and perfect for the butterflies. Lou x
ReplyDeleteGreat strategy... using up old stash is one of my objective, not that I'm making any progress! Love your translucent butterflies, great page.
ReplyDeletePretty butterflies and an excellent sentiment on this page. I always mean to try to use up my stash too but temptation is everywhere, maybe this year I can resist and use what I already have.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful page, just adore butterflies :) x
ReplyDeleteWhat a perfect beginning to this challenge I missed the first time around. I also miss your beer mats from the quotes/lyrics challenge we were in together. Of course, I simply adore the butterfly, because I really LOVE what you have done. Using up old stash is another reason I also joined this time, so I look forward to even more beauty because I always adore your art and stamping.
ReplyDeleteA lovely start. I love the way you have highlighted the definition by leaving it white x
ReplyDeleteA lovely first page. You have created a beautiful collage.
ReplyDeleteGreat first page and I love your butterflies! I'm with you on trying to use up stash - always a good idea!!
ReplyDeleteFab collage page, love the different butterflies :)
ReplyDeleteI love your eclectic collage.
ReplyDeleteThat's a wonderful creation.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful start to the 2016 challenge. Good luck with stash busting. At least your supply of beer mats must have diminished greatly after the previous two challenges!
