The new theme for the next two weeks on Alphabet Challenge Blog, is M for Men Only. For my DT work I decided to make another page for one of my art journals. I used Distress Stain and inks and some of my Paper Artsy stamps.
As well as a new theme on Ruby's Rainbow we also have a DT call running so pop on over and take part if you are interested in applying. Our new challenge for the next two weeks is Cute Animals, and for my DT work I've made a couple of pages for my Smash* book of my guinea pigs as they are very cute!
Time for a new challenge for the next fortnight on the Alphabet Challenge Blog, and we are now up to L, so the theme is L for Lace. I used my Martha Stewart lace punch to make this card for my DT work.
It's time for our third challenge on The Happy Scrappers and it's been great to see so many people joining in with our challenges. For the month of July the theme is Birthday Celebrations. For my DT work I have made a DLO of my granddaughter's 2nd birthday. I used Cuttlekids dies to cut the words and bps are from my stash and the name escapes me!
Time for a new challenge on Ruby's Rainbow and for the next 2 weeks the theme is Emboss It. For my DT work I made a LO using a photo I took of my mum on her birthday last year. I used a Cuttlebug Happy Birthday embossing folder and various bits and bobs from my stash!
I was delighted to have been chosen to be part of the Design Team for the new monthly challenge blog, The Cupboard Trilogy. This challenge blog has 3 sections, and you can either enter a card, scrapbook LO, or digi LO - or all 3! For our first challenge we have a colour palette for you and you must use 3 or more of the colours on your work in order to take part.
The prize for this month is a lovely kit put together by Sarah's Cards, containing Webster's Pages.
For my DT work I made a LO of my daughter doing the Race For Life and used 3 of the colours from the palette.
So come on over and take part, the challenge will run for a month so plenty of time to have a go!
There is currently a DT call running on Sparkles Christmas Challenge as we are looking for 2 new members, so pop over and take a look if you are interesting in applying. The new challenge for this month is a sketch, and we are sponsored by Joanna Sheen with a fab prize of a £10 voucher and Robyn's Fetish with 5 digs to be won.
For my DT work I made my card using one of my old favourite snowman stamps.
I am married with 3 grown up children ,4 grandchildren and 2 dogs! I have always done crafting of some sort, originally knitting, cross stitching and tapestry, then I began paper crafting some years ago and haven't looked back!
I like to take photos of my garden for scrapbooking and the one on here is a sunflower that the birds kindly planted for me!
P.S. - Now I have gone back to doing a lot of knitting, crocheting and sewing too!
