I have made a tag using Unity stamps, available from Emily here and they are from the May Moments in Bloom kit and {ippity} Fall for You, available here. The papers are from the So Sophie range by My Mind's Eye and I have embellished the tag with Card Candy, Prima flowers and Liquid Pearls.
